From May 1 to 3, 2026, the 16th Ballet Workshop Evening will be presented at the Beijing Tianqiao Theater as schedule, as young choreographers taking the stage with their new works.

In this year's Workshop, Zhang Zhenxin, an outstanding choreographer of the National Ballet of China, continues to serve as the Chief Director. Young choreographers from China and abroad draw inspiration from traditional culture, classic literature, contemporary society, and everyday life, presenting artistic visions full of originality and a strong contemporary spirit.
