On May 25th, 2024, National Ballet of China and the National Public Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism held a signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing Tianqiao Theater. The two sides will jointly promote the popularization of ballet art in China, and promote the integration and innovation of high arts and public cultural services.

Under the witness of Feng Ying, Director and Artistic Director of NBC, and Bai Xuehua, Party Branch Secretary and Director of the National Public Culture Development Center, Yang Xiong, Secretary of the Party Committee of NBC, and Yin Shousong, Deputy Director of the National Public Culture Development Center, signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.

After signing the agreement, NBC launched the first live broadcast of the public welfare performance Approaching Ballet. In the future, NBC will regularly carry out the brand popularization live broadcast of Approaching Ballet, so that ballet can be closer to the public and more people can get the improvement of aesthetic cultivation.
