Wang Sizheng studied in Ballet Department of Secondary Dance School affiliated to Beijing Dance Academy from 2000 to 2007 and received bachelor's degree in Ballet from Beijing Dance Academy in 2016. Since Wang Sizheng joined the National Ballet of China in 2007, he has performed in the Company's repertoires such as The Red Detachment of Women, Raise the Red Lantern, The Peony Pavilion, Swan Lake, etc.

Besides dancing, he has also choreographed some modern ballet works like Another Face, Ten O'clock, and so on. In 2010 cooperating with English National Ballet, he choreographed Swanning Around which was premiered at World Expo 2010 Shanghai. He also choreographed Land of Exile for the 1st Ballet Workshop Evening. In October of the same year, his work On the Back won the Best Modern &Contemporary Choreography Award at the 3rd Beijing International Invitational Ballet Competition. Wang Sizheng choreographed About River by the invitation of Hong Kong Ballet for The Hong Kong Ballet Workshop in March 2011.Then he created Ring the Bell for the 2nd Ballet Workshop Evening of NBC, by which Wang Sizheng won the Excellent Choreography Award from Chinese Ministry of Culture. His creation also includes Eighteen Beats of a Nomad Flute for the 3rd Ballet Workshop Evening. In July 2012 he was commissioned by Hamburg ballet to create Dancing in the Light for the celebration of 40th anniversary of the diplomatic relationships of China and Germany. From2014 to 2016, Wang Sizheng also choreographed a lot of works like The Puppeteer, EI Testamento de Amelia, Long March! Long March! and so on. In 2017, he worked as one of the choreographers for The Light of Heart.
