Mu Xiaoran

Graduated from the Affiliated Secondary School of Beijing Dance Academy in 2005, Mu Xiaoran get his bachelor degree and master degree in Beijing Dance Academy in 2010 and 2015.

In 1999, he danced Romeo and Juliet with The Royal Ballet. And in 2004, he danced Étude in the performance of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Beijing Dance Academy. In 2009, Mu Xiaoran took part in the 9th National Dance Competition (Taoli Cup) with the ballet work named Digital Language and won the first prize of corps de ballet group. Then he danced Digital Language in CCTV Dance Competition. In the same year, Mu Xiaoran took part in Don Quixote by the American Grand Theater in the National Centre for the Performing Arts.

From 2005 to 2006, Mu Xiaoran worked as a ballet dancer in Shanghai Ballet. Since 2010, he served as a ballet teacher in Shanghai Dance School. He was once a teacher of physical and aesthetic education in Beiwa Road Primary School in Haidian District, Beijing, and a teacher in the Art Education Center of the National Ballet of China.

Since March 2017, Mu Xiaoran joined The School of NBC to work as a professional teacher for 2015 male classes. There he teaches ballet basic training courses, practical repertoire courses and historical life dance courses. He is also one of the répétiteurs for The Nine-Colored Deer. In the Sino-Russian artistic exchange activities, he served as the répétiteur for Feuerfest! Polka in the performance.
