On the morning of August 23, the National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra (NBC Symphony Orchestra), under the baton of Music Director and renowned Conductor Zhang Yi, once again took the stage at the NCPA Weekend Concert, presenting a themed concert titled "Grace by the Lake."

This concert specially invited Cao Shuci, Assistant Ballet Mistress and former Prima Ballerina of NBC, to serve as the narrator. Partnering with Conductor Zhang Yi, she offered the audience an accessible and insightful interpretation of the artistic charm of Swan Lake—a landmark work of classical ballet—from the dual perspectives of dance performance and musical interpretation.

The NBC Symphony Orchestra will also present the world premiere of the original large-scale symphony The Red Ribbon on the Earth in the Concert Hall of NCPA on September 12. We look forward to welcoming you to ten concert!
