Wu Siming studied Chinese classical dance in Beijing Dance Academy. After graduation, he joined the National Ballet of China in 2016. Since then, he has danced Magdaveya in LaBayadère, the old Red Army man in Long March! Long March! and the leading actor in Song of Life as well as the modern dance works named Buddha Jih and Ink Painted Solitary Crane. In April, 2017, Wu Siming danced the Platoon Leader in the premiere of the three-act ballet, Love of Yimeng. In 2017, he danced Fusing on the stage of Nijiinsky GALA at the invitation of Hamburg Ballet.

While when he was a student, he danced Li Ziyun in Saving the Orphan by Chengying and Su Dongpo in Hainan. Wu Siming has created the pas de trios named Code of Brotherhood, the dance drama called Life is like a Leaf and a dancework for Renmin University of China.

He won the Third Prize (junior group) in the 10th National Dance Competition (Taoli Cup) in 2012,the Silver Medal in the 9th Lotus Dance Award and the Third Prize of Chinese classic dance in the 7th CCTV Dance Competition in 2013. In September, 2015, Wu Siming performed in the Victory and peace Gala Evening in Great Hall of the People.
