Feng Ying, Director and Artistic Director of National Ballet of China, awarded Wang Qimin with a "Special Contribution Award" on behalf of the Company and highly praised her artistic attainments.

"Thank you all for coming to Beijing Tianqiao Theater to watch our performance in this cold weather. I am very honored to meet my commemorative performance for the 20th anniversary of Stage Performing with the Performing Season to Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of our Company. This is especially memorable. As a senior ballerina, having been able to stay on this stage for 20 years is all because of love, which is also the title of my commemorative album---All For Love. The love  not only includes my love for dancing, but also for the directors, teachers and colleagues of the Company. It is like a big family and our collective have stick together to help each other and grow together, thus I became the present me.

I would like to thank my mentor, teacher Wang Shuxiang, the Director Feng Ying who rehearsed every little bit for me, the colleagues of NBC in front of and behind the stage who have planned this commemorative performance for me, and the doctors who treated me after my injury. Without your efforts, I would not able to return to the stage. 20 Years of Artistic Life of Wang Qimin in her Stage Performing

On December 1st, in the fully occupied Beijing Tianqiao Theater, thousands of ballet lovers and all members of National Ballet of China witnessed the Commemorative Performance for the 20th Anniversary of Stage Performing of Wang Qimin, the Prima Ballerina of the National Ballet of China. It was also the fourth show in the Performing Season to Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of National Ballet of China--- Giselle. In the evening, Wang Qimin and the ballet star from German Stuttgart Ballet, Friedemann Vogel, joined hands to dance the leading roles in the romantic ballet Giselle, together with artists from National Ballet of China.

Before the performance, Wan Quanxing, the Party Secretary of National Ballet of China, delivered a speech on the stage.

The commemorative performance was presided over by Liu Xuechen, a young dancer from National Ballet of China.

After the performance, Wang Qimin also delivered flowers to Wang Shuxiang, her teacher as a student, and to Director Feng Ying, who taught her after joining the Company, to express her sincere thanks.

Behind the backstage of the Commemorative Performance, there is also a person who gives supports silently. It is her life partner, Li Jun. They were all members of National Ballet of China and have walked hand in hand along the road of life and art. Although he did not appear on the stage that night, Li Jun has always been a strong supporter of Wang Qimin.

Li Jun, who also celebrated the 20th anniversary of stage performing this year, also received enthusiastic support from fans.

After the performance, Wang Qimin came to the front hall of Tianqiao Theater to meet with the audience and held the signature of "All For Love", a picture album to commemorate her 20th anniversary of stage performance.

"The Commemorative Performance for the 20th Anniversary of Stage Performing of Wang Qimin" ended with applause, cheers and tears of emotion, while the artistic life of Wang Qimin will continue in her true love, reaching new heights and starting a new journey. There is never a smooth path to pursuit the most beautiful things. Wang Qimin has written down an important piece in the history of National Ballet of China with her beautiful golden 20 years of artistic life.
