On February 26, 2022, the original ballet works of National Ballet of China Yimeng and The Light of Heart were presented respectively in the Opera House of National Centre for the Performing Arts and Hainan Centre for the Performing Arts.

In the performance of Yimeng on that evening, excellent young dancers of NBC Ning Long and Wu Siming took the roles "Sister Ying" and "Platoon Commander/ Company Commander" respectively, with Li Mengfei as "Erni" and Shen Mengfan as "Little Suona". Symphony Orchestra of NBC delivered the music performance with the renowned conductor Tan Lihua as the guest conductor and our Concert Master Wang Xiaomao, along with the guest soloist singer Liu Yue.
