After the performance, Director Feng Ying walked up to the stage and gave high praise to the dancers.

On August 29, National Ballet of China presented the 4th performance of the world ballet choreographer John Neumeier's classic The Little Mermaid at the Tianqiao Theater. Principal Dancers Wang Ye, Sun Ruichen, Xu Yan and Chen Zhuming, and teacher of the School of NBC Zhou Zhaohui once again offered their performances. The Orchestra was conducted by Music Director Zhang Yi and led by Associate Concertmaster Liu Xiaohuan.
