On September 15, the 13th China Art Festival, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, came to a successful end in Xiongan New Area, Hebei Province. Ning Long, an outstanding young dancer from NBC, won the 17th Wenhua Performance Award for her outstanding performance as "Sister Ying" in the ballet Yimeng.
