Xu Gang, general répétiteur and ballet master of NBC, was invited as the guest speaker of the Classic Art Lecture Hall of NCPA to introduce the ballet history and explain the stories behind the scenes of The Little Mermaid for the audience. Chen Haibei, a young dancer of NBC, showed the unique costume and dance movements of the mermaid in this work.
