2024 is the centenary of the birth of the great French ballet choreographer Roland Petit, which coincides with the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France and the “China-France Year of Culture and Tourism”. In view of this, NBC will stage a series of classic works by Roland Petit. From May 24th to 26th, NBC will take the lead in presenting Roland Petit’s representative works Carmen and L'Arlesienne at the Ballet Gala for Croisements Festival in Beijing Tianqiao Theater.

In this performance, Guan Chongzheng, principal dancer of NBC, excellent young dancers Zhou Yue, Li Mengfei, Yan Hualong, Shen Mengfan and others will play the leading roles in L'arlesienne.
