After the celebrating performances for the 60th anniversary of the premiere of The Red Detachment of Women, Director Feng Ying took the stage and paid a solemn military salute to all the cast and crew.

Sixty years ago, the ballet The Red Detachment of Women was successfully premiered on the stage of Beijing Tianqiao Theater. Sixty years later, in 2024, NBC staged 60 performances of this red classic all over the country. On September 25th and 26th, NBC staged two specially planned commemorative performances. A lot of guests and friends clustered in Beijing Tianqiao Theater, including many NBC's senior artists and people from all walks of life. And some loyal fans came a long way from other places of China, just to witness this exciting moment.
