At 7:30 p.m. on August 28, National Ballet of China Online Performance of the 60th Anniversary Celebration GALA (II) will come online to present highlights from the works of some international ballet masters

In the upcoming National Ballet of China Online Performance of the 60th Anniversary Celebration GALA (II)—National Ballet of China and World Masters, there will be excerpts from the classical ballet La Bayadère by Natalia Makarova; excerpts from Prelude, the world master Ben Stevenson's early creation of pas de deux with modernity; excerpts from Spring and Fall by John Neumeier, one of the most creative ballet choreographers in the world today; excerpts from Don Quixote of a special version based on Rudolf Nureyev (One of the greatest ballet dancers of the 20th century) and Marius Petipa (The Father of Classical Ballet); excerpts from romantic ballet La Sylphide, the representative work of August Bourneville, the founder of Danish ballet; excerpts from Firebird by Maurice Béjart, the representative work of the greatest choreographer of the 20th century; and excerpt of Diamonds from Jewels by the father of neoclassical ballet George Balanchine.

It is especially worth mentioning that in this online presentation, Director Feng Ying will share with you the deep love between the world ballet masters and National Ballet of China.
