The Stage Production Department of NBC is the production department of ballet stage andthe administrative department of the related stage technical personals.According to the ballet plays, it is responsible for the design and production of scenery, props, acoustics, lighting, devices, costumes and make-up, etc. and cooperates with dancers and orchestra in the rehearsals and performance. It is also responsible for making records and keeping the performance log, the stage design plans of every ballet as well as other related information, and for there cording, maintenance and testing of related stage equipments, as well as the performance assessment and professional training of all the stage technical personals.
