ThePerformance Department is the operating department of making planning andimplementation of domestic and international performances and theadministrative department of the performance management personals. It isspecifically responsible for the planning, connecting, coordinating,organizing and other work of theperformance, concluding and signing contracts for performances on behalf of theCompany, formulating the specific performance plans as well as conducting marketanalysis and evaluation of performance projects, and participates in artisticproduction such as the creation and compilation of new ballet works.
