The Development and Planning Department is responsible for making the medium and long term strategic plan, fund raising, and art education development. It is responsible for giving assist to formulate strategic objectives and programs for the medium and long term development plan of the Company, planning and organizing domestic and foreign strategic cooperation, and actively seeking government funding, social and corporate sponsorship for the development of the Company. It is also responsible for selecting artists to participate in various kinds of art education activities, with the purpose of serving the society with art while combining art talents and brand resources of the Company.
