The Finance Department is the functional department of financial operation and management of the Company and supervises the financial assets of subordinate enterprises. It is responsible for making the financial plan and management of the Company, the daily management of all kinds of funds, preparing the annual financial budget and abschluss of the Company, the accounting and statistical work of the Company and providing financial information basis for various decisions. It is also responsible for the supervision the capital operation of operating departments and subordinate enterprises, and monitoring all risky economic activities as well as coordinating the financial work within and outside the Company.
