The Human Resource
Department is responsible for the human resource management and human resource
development of the Company, Specifically for the organization establishments,
post setting, recruitment, employment, personnel assignment, investigation, appointment and dismissal,
rewards and punishments, wages, insurance, welfare, labor employment,
retirement of staff and dancers, personnel archives, employee training, title
recommendation and review, political examination for going abroad, collective
registered residence and other daily management works. It is also responsible
for the management of professional and technical personnel, the management of
expert information database as well as various specialists, the contact with
National Arts Fund Management Center, report and audit of the overall project
of the Company, as well as the cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and
Tourism and other relevant departments and bureaus to carry out the innovation
work of the Company.
