The Rear Services Department provides corresponding rear service and comprehensive guarantee for art production and daily office work of the Company. It is responsible for the management of the property of the Company, dancers' apartment and the staff family courtyard, as well as the staff canteen to provide catering services and the medical matters, public health and medical insurance reimbursement of the Company. It is also responsible for the family planning work of the Company, the retired veteran cadres of the Company, the vehicle management and the internal security management of the Company, as well as the Company's capital construction and the management of state-owned assets.
