The Office of State Capital Construction is responsible to formulate medium and long-term capital construction plans and short-term plans of the Company, and for the construction budget and final accounts. It organizes and implements all the capital construction works such as new construction, extension and reconstruction of the Company, while actively cooperates with all departments to coordinate and handle the maintenance and repair matters in the construction process and after the construction project. It is responsible for formulating measures for the administration of state-owned assets as well as the registration, inventory, statistics and routine supervision and inspection of state-owned assets. It is responsible to formulate the implementation measures for the government procurement of the Company, formulate the implementation plan for government procurement. It undertakes the related matters of government procurement and is responsible for the reform of housing distribution system of the Company.
