The Art Education Department is responsible for selecting artists from the Company to participate in the art education in primary and secondary schools,  for various works of the amateur dance school of the Company as well as the training work of the ballet teachers, business guidance and art education work in art education bases of NBC. It is also responsible for the all kinds of works related to the social art level examinations of the Company and for the in-service education of the dancers as well as staffs.
